Hi, I’m Jarosław Królewski — a self-declared workaholic from a small Polish village (Hańczowa), driven by a deep fascination with modern technology (AI, Big Data, Deep Tech), with a passion for football and science.
I am a Young Global Leader™ by the World Economic Forum, recently appointed by the Prime Minister of Poland to the Council of the Future, and by the President of Poland to the Business Council. I’m obsessed with personal productivity and building systems that make the most of every minute. I believe the best work happens at the intersection of relentless curiosity and radical dedication, and that through technology we can change the world for the better.

Life Mission
Many years ago I wrote down what I truly want to devote my life to: acquiring knowledge, developing agency, and building relationships that let me — together with the right people — have a real influence on the direction the world takes. I want to be close to where the most important decisions are made, translating ideas into concrete action with real impact and responsibility, amid the many contradictions within me.
I believe in a meritocracy based on competence, technology, and the ability to solve real problems. I consciously choose difficult projects and demanding environments as a way to build the strength needed for ever greater responsibility. My long-term goal is to use technology, knowledge, and strong partnerships to build real agency — and then use it to help co-create a better future.
My Story
My story begins in Hańczowa, a village of around five hundred people in the Beskid Niski mountains, where I grew up in a Łemko family with farming roots. A childhood visit from a psychologist who told our class not to expect much from life — and the first computer my father gave me at the age of seven — set me on a different path. I decided that my place of birth would not set the limits of what I could do.
From football pitches and mathematics olympiads to studying and lecturing at AGH, founding Synerise, and leading the rescue and rebuilding of Wisła Kraków, the same conviction runs through everything: the starting point does not have to determine where you arrive. The work of building continues.
