I am a Young Global Leader™ by the World Economic Forum, recently appointed by the Prime Minister of Poland to the Council of the Future, and by the President of Poland to the Business Council. I'm obsessed with personal productivity and building systems that make the most of every minute. I believe the best work happens at the intersection of relentless curiosity and radical focus. ## Roles - CEO & Founder at Synerise — https://www.synerise.com - CEO & Owner at TS Wisła Kraków S.A. — https://www.wislakrakow.com - Scientist & Lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology — https://www.agh.edu.pl - World Economic Forum — Young Global Leader™ (Class of 2025) - Council of the Future — appointed by the Prime Minister of Poland (2026) - Business Council — appointed by the President of Poland (2026) ## 3 Key Projects Three endeavours that, besides family, consume 100% of my energy and attention: ### Synerise The world's most advanced behavioral AI infrastructure. Once lost, it can never be recovered. A short user manual for collaborating with me: 1. I don't take or make phone calls unless absolutely necessary. I prefer written communication because I practise deep focus every day. 2. I can't stand long meetings. The best ones last 7 minutes — that's enough to resolve most matters. 3. I don't invest in startups. All my investments are concentrated in Synerise, Wisła Kraków, and social or educational initiatives. 4. I mentor and help for free. Feel free to reach out with any request — I usually reply, though it may take a while. 5. If I don't respond, it's never out of disrespect — it's simply a matter of limited time. 6. I speak at conferences, always for free or with a request that the fee be donated to a cause I designate. 7. I prefer email or messages via WhatsApp, Signal, or iMessage. I rarely check social media inboxes, though it does happen occasionally. 8. I know less than people think I know. 9. For me, the highest form of respect is always telling the honest truth, giving direct feedback, and practising radical honesty. Diplomacy is the highest form of vanity. 10. I consider emotional intelligence a manufactured construct designed to push people toward mediocrity and a self-serving desire to be universally liked. Don't apply it in your interactions with me. ## Values Values I strive to implement across my organisations. ### Meritocracy - When we communicate, discuss, and make decisions, we rely on facts and our best knowledge - We use our best knowledge, skills, and experience to develop solutions of the highest possible quality - We draw on the knowledge of our colleagues and other teams to leverage it as a team - We learn from our own mistakes and commit to never repeating any mistake twice - We continuously develop our knowledge, skills, and competencies, both in our field of specialisation and in areas where the organisation is growing ### Courage - We challenge commonly accepted assumptions, rules, and practices to propose better, more innovative solutions - When delivering innovations, we consciously take risks. We understand that not all ideas will succeed and we accept that fact - We constantly set new directions, experiment, test, and move forward ### Empathy - We propose solutions that take into account the needs and interests of others — fans, partners, team members, society - We apply best practices for giving feedback when expressing opinions about people, referring to their behaviour and its consequences - We communicate openly with people without leaving things unsaid, always face to face - We have the freedom to freely express our emotions and needs ### Integrity - We do not lie — we do not present past events and behaviours differently from how they actually happened - We honour our commitments - We deliver solutions that are valuable to our clients, partners, and society ### Responsibility - We all bear the consequences of our actions without blaming others - We take full responsibility for all resources entrusted to us by our stakeholders, including data, information, time, effort, and money - We are responsible for our words - We admit our mistakes - We shape the future through our freedom, creativity, and choices, and we are responsible for the impact we make ## Awards & Recognition - 2025: World Economic Forum — Young Global Leader™ - 2025: Appointed to the Business Council by the President of Poland - 2025: Appointed to the Council of the Future by the Prime Minister of Poland - 2025: Leader of the Year — Data Economy Congress - 2025: Polish Super Cup Finalist (Wisła Kraków FC) - 2024: Polish Cup Winner (Wisła Kraków FC) - 2023: Honorary Medal for Merit in the Development of the Economy of the Republic of Poland - 2023: BrandME CEO - 2021–22: Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe (Synerise) - 2021: ACM RecSys Twitter Challenge — 2nd Place (Synerise) - 2021: ACM KDD Cup OGB-LSC — 3rd Place (Synerise) - 2021: ACM WSDM Booking.com Data Challenge — 2nd Place (Synerise) - 2020: SIGIR eCom Rakuten Data Challenge — 1st Place (Synerise) - 2019: Poland AI Person of the Year - 2019: CEE x-Tech Awards — AI Innovation of the Year - 2018: Ernst & Young — Top 30 Most Promising Tech Entrepreneurs & Companies Worldwide - 2018: EY Entrepreneur of the Year — Special Award - 2018: Digital Shaper Award - 2018: AGH University — 100th Anniversary Award - 2017–19: Microsoft Partner of the Year (3×, Synerise) - 2017: Polish President Startup Award - 2017: EU Leading Innovator — Google, Res Publica & Financial Times (Synerise) ## Media Kit Bios ### Short Jarosław Królewski — CEO & Founder of Synerise, CEO & Owner of Wisła Kraków FC, Scientist at AGH University of Technology, WEF Young Global Leader 2025.
